Steps To Success

Design
The process begins with collaboration. We work closely with your team to explore ideas, create samples, and refine every detail. With the expertise of our talented designers and structural engineers, you can be confident your packaging will be both functional and visually impactful.
Sheeting
After your design is approved, we get your materials ready for production. Rolls of premium paperboard are carefully cut into sheets, perfectly sized to create your high-quality cartons.
Printing
This is where your packaging starts to shine. With offset presses that can print up to six colors and add a protective aqueous coating, we bring your design to life with vibrant, consistent results every time.
Diecutting
Once printing is complete, the sheets move to the die cutting stage, where each folding carton is precisely cut into its unique shape. This is also the step where we can add window openings, allowing customers to see your product inside the box.
Folding & Gluing
Now your cartons come to life. During the folding and gluing stage, each box is precisely formed using advanced computer-guided equipment. This is also where we can add special touches like embossing or debossing to enhance your packaging. Once complete, your cartons are carefully boxed, labeled, palletized, and prepared for shipment to you.
